Honey Lemon Dip For Drying

Rather than using ascorbic acid to prevent apples, apricots, and peaches from darkening as they dry, you can use a honey lemon dip. Mix together 1 cup of honey, 1 cup of water and the juice of 1 lemon.
Dip your fruits into it before drying.
